Vito Rallo warns us in this book that one can't divorce yoga and martial arts from their evil origins in eastern occult practices. This book is timely and desperately needed. America is being infiltrated and subtly defiled by well-meaning people who are introducing yoga and martial arts as though they could be Christianized and useful for meditation and self-defense. Vito clearly warns that can't be. Satan has blinded the eyes of many (2 Corinthians 4:4), not only unbelievers, but also Christians everywhere, so that he can slip in unawares to defile and lead them astray. Christians, I urge you to allow Vito Rallo's book to open your eyes, and then do everything you can to spread his wake-up message wherever you can. We must pull the wool off of our eyes and our friends', and learn to steer clear of the traps of yoga and martial arts, and the idolatry and defilement into which they lead. May God hear the cries of repentance and set the people free so that they may serve the one true God.

In the Old Testament we read that people are perishing for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6) and in the New Testament (2 Cor. 2:11) we read that Paul was not ignorant of Satan’s devices. There is much confusion in the body of Christ concerning the topic of martial arts. I often ran into a nasty spirit of violence as I was doing deliverance on those who had been involved. After reading this very in-depth explanation of martial arts and yoga, the reason became very clear. This book is extremely well written, easy to understand, and indeed is the most thorough treatment of the topic that I have come across to date. Vito has thirty plus years in the martial arts as a student, instructor, and five-time national champion, so he knows what he is talking about. He very clearly explains the reasons why he gave up the practice, even after using it as an “evangelistic tool.” I always felt this to be the way to go, but now this book gives an excellent background and experience in the topic. I highly recommend this book to deliverance workers and youth workers, as well as anyone interested or currently participating in martial arts. It is not merely an innocent sport, a physical fitness tool, or a self-defense mechanism, but it is much more!

This book gives a personal insight and factual dangers of the force behind martial arts and Yoga, which I found quite interesting, challenging and compelling! I enjoyed it!
The only comment I would share with others is that I would have liked to see more references used to outline the linkages between yin&yang/chi/prana/qi/ki and in the new age known as “the force” which martial artist are tapping into and linkages to divination. The Holy Bible clearly warns people to stay away from such practices as it’s steeped in occultism and is a method used by the enemy of souls to deceive men, women and children. It is sad to see such practices being introduced into classrooms in schools, places of worship etc.
